These services, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with them, remain the property of Ozuna Limited (referred to as "we" in these Terms of Use).

You are prohibited from duplicating, altering, or modifying the services, any part of the services, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to derive the source code, translate, or create derivative works from our services.

We store and process personal data that you have shared with us to provide our services. It is your responsibility to secure your device and access to our services.

We are not responsible for any interruptions, limitations, or malfunctions of the services due to lack of Wi-Fi access, data allowance issues, or network coverage problems. If you access the services using a mobile network, your agreement with your mobile provider applies, and you may incur data usage fees or roaming charges. By using the services, you accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer, we assume you have obtained permission from them to use the services.

B. Content and Streaming Disclaimer

1. No Ownership or Control Over Streamed Content
    We provide tools for screen mirroring and casting, but we do not host, produce, control, or modify any content. Users acknowledge that the content being streamed originates from their own device and not from us.
2. We do not provide, curate, modify, or control the content available through the services.

Сhannels are automatically installed within the application, and users do not have the ability to select or remove specific channels.

3. The availability and nature of the channels are determined by third-party providers, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content.
4. The services do not host, store, or distribute any content and serve solely as a platform for accessing publicly available streams.
5. Content may change without notice, and the app cannot ensure compliance with age-appropriate content regulations.
   
6. Third-Party Platforms & Service Restrictions
    Our services allow users to mirror and cast their screens to external displays. However, users acknowledge that some third-party apps, websites, or services may restrict screen mirroring or have built-in content protection (such as DRM restrictions). We do not modify or bypass such restrictions, and users must comply with all third-party terms of use.
   
7. Unauthorized Use & Copyright Compliance
    Users must ensure that their screen streaming activities do not infringe on copyright laws, licensing agreements, or privacy rights. If users stream copyrighted or sensitive content without authorization, they bear full legal responsibility. We do not monitor or control the content being mirrored.
   
8. Security & Privacy Risks
    Screen mirroring may expose personal data, confidential information, or sensitive material to external devices or networks. Users acknowledge that we do not store, access, or process mirrored content, and they should take necessary precautions to avoid streaming sensitive information to unauthorized parties.
   
9. Data Collection & Storage
    We do not record, store, or transmit any content streamed via our services. However, some third-party platforms may collect data about your streaming activities. Users should review the privacy policies of external services before using screen mirroring features.
   
10. Commercial & Public Use Restrictions
     The use of our services for commercial presentations, public broadcasting, or corporate settings must comply with broadcasting laws and intellectual property rights. Users are responsible for obtaining any licenses, approvals, or permissions required for public streaming.
    

C. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee that all content can be mirrored or cast to all devices.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, privacy breaches, or third-party content restrictions.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with third-party streaming policies, copyright laws, and privacy requirements.
• By using the app, users acknowledge that certain content may include:

• Strong language, violence, or explicit material.
• News broadcasts, live programming, or uncategorized content.
• Third-party advertisements, promotional materials, or pop-ups.

• Users are responsible for reviewing the content before allowing minors to use the app.
• The application is not liable for content that may be deemed offensive, inappropriate, or illegal in specific regions or jurisdictions.

D. Copyright Infringement Notification & Response

If you believe that content accessible through our services infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to: support@screen-casting.app

Your notice must include:

• A description of the allegedly infringing content,
• Evidence of ownership or authorization,
• The location (URL or other identifier) where the content is accessible,
• Your contact information for follow-up.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the user but cannot guarantee removal, restriction, or modification of the content, as we have no control over the content being mirrored or streamed.

E. User Responsibility & Compliance

• Users must ensure that their use of the services complies with all applicable laws and broadcaster terms in their jurisdiction.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access, bypassing of geo-restrictions, or misuse of the services.

F. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from their use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Copyright infringement,
• Unauthorized redistribution,
• Violations of any third-party rights or legal regulations.

G. Modifications to Services & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services without prior notice,
• Restrict access to certain features if necessary due to legal, technical, or security reasons.

Upon termination of the services:

• The rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will cease,
• You must discontinue use of the services and, if necessary, delete any related applications or software from your device.
